Welcome to L2 Learn (the “Service”). This document outlines the terms of use ( “Terms”) for our users (“Users”). We kindly ask you to read and fully understand these Terms before using the Service. By accessing, viewing, or using the content and services available on this page, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1 Overview

1. L2 Learn is an online learning service specializing in Layer 2 technology and related areas. To use the Service and access educational content (“Content”), Users may create an account through a crypto wallet connection.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

1. L2 Learn possesses exclusive intellectual property rights to the Content. This encompasses a range of materials such as videos, texts, images, interactive elements, and other multimedia content, along with our uniquely developed educational materials, curriculums, and the overall design and structure of our courses. Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited license that permits personal, non-commercial, educational use of these materials, strictly adhering to the guidelines outlined in our Terms of Use.

2. Users must adhere to the following guidelines:

   • License: A non-exclusive, limited license is granted to users, allowing access to the Content for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes.

   • Restrictions: Acts such as reproducing, redistributing, selling, or sharing the Content are strictly prohibited and are considered breaches of intellectual property rights.

   • Lawful Use: The Content must be used in compliance with the law, and users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from the Content.

   • Credit Attribution: Users must not remove or alter any copyright notices or credits, in line with copyright laws.

3. Misuse: Any misuse or unauthorized use, as well as the resale of the Content, are expressly prohibited.

3 Responsibilities

1. It is the sole responsibility of users to protect their account details, including information related to their wallets, and they should not share these details with anyone. They are also fully accountable for their engagement with the Service, including their selection of Content.

2. The Service is not responsible for any losses that may arise from the mismanagement or compromise of private keys associated with the wallet.

4 Limitation of Liability

1. The Service provides no guarantees or assurances regarding the quality or accuracy of the Content. L2 Learn will not be held accountable for any risks or damages that users may incur while utilizing the Service. Despite the Terms and other clauses that exempt our company from liability for damages, in situations where our company is found liable for damages to Users due to legal reasons or other circumstances, our liability will be capped at a maximum of 100 US dollars.

2. Any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise in connection with the Service between users and third parties must be settled by the involved parties. L2 Learn will not be responsible for such matters.

5 Termination

1. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, at our discretion.

6 Survival

1. The provisions of Articles 2, 3, 4 and 7 hereof shall remain effective after the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction specified by the Service.
