Is L2 Learn free to use?
Yes, it’s completely free to use L2 Learn. However, please note that minting SBT certificates incurs gas costs, and any issuers need to have ETH available on the network where they are issuing the SBT.
What languages does L2 Learn support?

I want to issue an SBT certificate on Layer 2, but I don’t have enough ETH to cover the gas fees. What should I do?
If you already have ETH on Ethereum, you can easily bridge it to the network on which you want to mint an SBT using Pheasant Network’s bridges.
Do I need to connect my wallet?
You can use L2 Learn without connecting your wallet. However, linking your wallet unlocks some useful features, including managing your learning status, issuing SBT certificates, acquiring badges and skills, and creating your profile page.
You don’t need to register with your email to start using L2 Learn.
What is EXP?
EXPs (experience points) are the points earned for completing courses or lessons. They are essential for “leveling up,” and the more EXPs you have, the higher your level. For what happens at higher levels, please refer to this section.
What are SBT certificates?
SBT certificates accredit your completion of a course. They are issued in the form of SBT, allowing for on-chain records of your educational history. For further details, please refer to this section.
SBTs (soulbound tokens) are a special type of NFT (non-fungible token) that cannot be transferred once sent to a wallet. This feature makes them ideal for representing a holder’s identity and credentials in a decentralized manner. For further details, please refer to this section.
What is the difference between mainnet and testnet?
Only holders of SBTs on mainnets are eligible to participate in on-chain activities provided by L2 Learn.
How do I raise a level?
Your level is determined by the number of EXPs you hold, which can be earned by completing courses and lessons. So to raise a level, you need to take more courses and lessons or achieve a higher score in end-of-lesson quizzes.
Where can I check my EXPs, badges, skills, levels and certificates?
Your entire learning history on L2 Learn, including EXPs, badges, skills, levels, and certificates, is displayed on your profile page.
What is the social features?
The social feature extends beyond community creation and socializing. For example, we are exploring the idea of creating exclusive communities for learners holding specific SBT certificates or rewarding certain educational milestones with token airdrops. How can I share my achievements with my friends?
You can share the link to your profile page on your social channels. This way, others can view your certificates, badges, and skills and celebrate your accomplishments with you.
Can other people view my L2 Learn profile page?
Yes, they can view your certificates, badges, and the skills you have earned. However, please rest assured that completed courses and ongoing lessons are not publicly visible to others. Your privacy is respected in that regard.
Can I make my profile private?
Unfortunately, currently, making your profile private is not possible. We may consider adding this feature based on community demand. Feel free to share your suggestions on our Discord.
