There are two types of quizzes in L2 Learn: end-of-lesson quizzes and end-of-course quizzes.

For end-of-lesson quizzes, a full score is not mandatory to finish a lesson. However, the number of EXPs you receive depends on your quiz score, motivating you to aim for higher marks. On the other hand, the final end-of-course quiz demands a full mark to complete the course and earn an SBT certificate, although you can make multiple attempts.
